Recently, we have received reports regarding Fumot Digital Box 12K quality issues. Please note the following clarification:
If you find that your device cannot be charged or can not vape with smoke. please open the battery compartment and check the battery code.
Batteries with the letters “EKV” are original Fumot products.
If the code is missing or different, the product is a counterfeit imitation.

We strongly advise customers to purchase only from authorized distributors to avoid counterfeit goods and ensure proper quality and after-sales service.
